Another week within captivity.

This week has been nothing short of productive, sadly it's mainly been written work I've produced more of, not that I haven't drawn, I have... And it's been a pain in the behind at that! It's not very often that I update my blogger, not that I don't want to but honestly it's not of a priority and I know full well it should be since it's assessed at the end of the year. I think what I want to achieve this year primarily is an all around better scheme of work, I've honestly pushed myself within these first three weeks more than I ever have done in over a year, i've never had this much of a drive to do well and it's a refreshing twist! Haha!

I also think it's high time I went back over the blog, redesign it and stay on top of it, i've said this many a time but now I'm able to grasp a better working scheme, I've became more structured, focused and it's weird to say the least since it's something I'm not used to though again, I'm determined to end this year on a high note of success.

This aside, today is the deadline, am I finished, no, nearly, though still it's a resounding no and it's annoying that I have to say that but i've got full confidence that I can get the brief finished within the next few days, as long as it doesn't slip into the next module, I should be fine.

Perhaps this clarity has came about through the fact that I soon turn 20... Maybes...

Alright, so what needs to be done?

Model sheets, facial expressions, script, annotate development and evaluate everything, simple enough. I want to knock out a few more concept drawings too if I have the time.

So far it's been a week of too much writing not enough drawing!

The week has been a strenuous task, concepts are still being developed and as even though it's easy to assume that I'm going to fail, the truth of the matter is, I won't, I'm really calm because I'm quite up to date for a change. I've got a research document which I'm quite proud of which consists of 5000 words... For a 19 year old that's allot to write. My script is almost finished and I see no reason as to why I can't get it all done today and then some, the idea of my rat is there but his design is a constant battle of trial and error, as is with the man and robot but it's all falling into place over time and I'll upload some imagery when I get the chance but it's hard getting back into the swing of things once again and I can't say that I'm that impressed with my work so far, visually anyways, so I'll just have to try harder... In ways unimaginable.
